Many thanks, Eran, for your PPro training. All too often you can only get training on how to insert and edit clips, with nothing beyond the rather intuitive basics. Not only does this not waste time on the fundamentals, but the projects included helped me to answer a question I have always held about working with AE. This shows not the six second AE clips which feature in all the great online tutorials, but how to incorporate a complete project into AE using PPro. Many thanks, watched all four hours in one afternoon and will now have to rewatch them to put the skills into practice.

Eran consistently is one of the smartest people I know. His technical ability is only matched by his ability to present complex information. If you need to learn Premiere Pro, then this should be part of your library.

Eran Stern has been one of the most well known and respected trainers in the After Effects community for many years. Eran’s originality, ability to teach, and his content and projects have put him ahead of many others in this field. The fact that Eran has brought his vast reservoir of talent to bear on Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 means that a whole new group of users are going to be able to benefit from his unique teaching style and content. It’s easy for me to recommend Eran’s “The Best of Premiere Pro” to customers.

Overall, the best of premiere pro is filled with shortcuts, suggestions and design tips that I thought were a helpful additions to my existing base of knowledge on the application. Eran covered clearly some of the less understood aspects of the application such as using After Effects plugins in Premiere, Sync Lock toggle switches, and transparent video. He even pointed out a couple undocumented keyboard shortcuts along the way. Personally, I really appreciated the multicamera editing segment which contained an audio trick that easily saved me the cost of training on a recent project.

Eran has chosen to focus on a few things that have been left relatively untouched by other offerings. Even in the case where he does cover subjects covered in other video training series, he does so in greater depth or with more attention to workflow gotchas—as in the nearly two hours that he spends on one end-to-end project using Dynamic Link in various ways.

Eran's an old hand at After Effects, so his coverage is effects-oriented but really aiming to stay inside Premiere for fast render and playback, and only going to AE when really needed

I enjoyed your tutorial very much. I think the extra time to do it was worth it by making it not so rushed for time as some of the free shorter ones (which I enjoy very much). It was worth the money and I did learn much from this one. I hope you will be making more of these on AE. I will be happy to pay for these long sessions if you continue to make these.

"Eran's DVD is a great source of tips and tricks for After Effects users at any level. I personally liked the "Liquid Logo" tutorial the most, since Eran used some effects that I never had a chance to use before. It's just as he says: Whether or not you're a beginner or a Professional there's always something new to learn. Enjoy this great Release and take as much as you want from it".

"In a sea of techniques and tools, think of Eran Stern as the Jock Cousteau of After Effects. Just remember to bring an extra air tank. Once you get started, you won't want to come up for air! In one tutorial, Eran puts together a really cool cell phone commercial - and while his dancing skills are questionable, his ability to show you how to do professional broadcast-quality animation is dead-on".

"... A solid investment that will broaden your After Effects skills... As an advanced user I’ve found the tutorials worthwhile; I’m about half way through the 8 hours of lessons and have already used some techniques in my own projects..."

"....The DVD is full of great techniques and tips. But of course that’s what I expected from Eran. In general, his tutorials are always educationally sound and good fun - that’s why he was one of very few people I asked to contribute to the AE podcast back when I was a part of it..."
