Red support for Adobe

There’s a new workflow preview for the RED camera plug-in in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Encore. The importer plug-in can use the native R3D file and even works with the Dynamic Link as well. This plug-in which was written by the RED team is still in Beta phase but from Dave Helmly’s sneak peak, it looks like it’s working very well. This workflow allows you to edit in “working resolution” even on your laptop, but for the final render you’ll probably want a monster 64-bit machine. This is a very welcomed edition and from what I’ve seen, we might be able to edit 2K or even 4K files for a reasonable price in the near future.
